Options for transporting miniatures aren't great. You can spend a fortune on bespoke foam trays, or just throw everything into a shoebox and hope for the best. Sounder minds among us opt to magnetise our miniatures to metal trays inside portable carry cases, but even this method has drawbacks: wobbly models, messy application, permanently fixing magnets to the base of every model you own, to name but a few.

BaseLok offers a simple and elegant solution to all of these. A product so effective, simple and reusable, that even the shoebox-wielding maniacs among you will grab a metal baking sheet and say "Let's GO!".

BaseLok is a magnetic model clamping system, designed to fit popular fantasy wargaming miniature bases, that holds your models securely on metal trays—without magnetizing the models themselves. Simply push-fit the magnets into the clamps using the included tool, and you’re good to go. The benefits of this system are numerous, so let me numer them:

• No more gluing or fiddling with magnets. Getting the height just right can be a headache, not to mention the mess that glue and putty leaves behind on your bases. BaseLok clamps are designed to be glue-free, push-fit solutions.
• Better model stability on the battlefield. The rim of a regular base is key to a minatures stability. Glued-on, flush fit magnets can mean unstable models during play if used on uneven or textured surfaces. BaseLok clamps are removed during battle, so your miniatures stay as stable as possible—even when perched stoically on that pile of human skulls.
• Optimal magnet positioning. Magnets placed at the outer edge of the base provide a mechanical advantage over centrally located magnets, holding your miniatures more securely. Larger clamps also include three optional magnet slots, providing even more peace-of-mind for your heavier models.
• Safer model removal. Finger tabs on every clamp make it easy to retrieve your miniatures without risk of breakages. Ever snapped a model off its base whilst trying to remove it from the tray? Not anymore! If it happens now, well… that’s on you. You’ve been given the tools to avoid this particular calamity.
• Massively reduce magnet usage. Most of us only transport one game’s worth of miniatures at a time. You only need enough BaseLok clamps for the army you're currently planning on transporting.
• BaseLok clamps are designed to last, but anything can break if you hit it hard enough. If that’s your jam, no problem—just get some more! Magnets can be easily removed from the old clamp and transferred directly into a new one.
